Modern Slavery Statement 2021

We will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery, human trafficking, or whose activities breach the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We carry out an annual risk assessment and audit within our supply chain and train our employees within the Donaldson Group companies to ensure that we comply with, and promote this Act in line with current legislation.

Bribery Act 2010

We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, wherever we operate. We will uphold all laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption, including the Bribery Act 2010, in respect of our conduct both at home and abroad.

Gender Pay Gap Report

We are required by law to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 and publish this data on our website and the government website within one calendar year of the 5th April 2017. The required snapshot data was assessed on the 5th April 2017 using the existing HR and payroll records from our Group Head Office at Donaldson House in Glenrothes, Fife.
